Multi-Messenger Framework for Exoplanet Biosignature Detection: Methodology, Bayesian Evidence Framework, False-Positive Rejection, and Transit Timing Variation Analysis

Abstract

We present the QRCL Multi-Messenger Framework (QRCL-MMF), an open-source pipeline integrating JWST transmission spectroscopy, TESS transit timing variations, ESA Gaia DR3 stellar astrometry, and N-body dynamics into a unified Bayesian log-evidence framework for exoplanet biosignature detection. Includes AASTeX journal-format paper, real TRAPPIST-1 d/e folded light curves, O-C residual data, Bayesian framework figures, priority target tables, and SHA-256 evidence ledger. No biosignature claimed. All data public.
