CD11b IHC images from mouse cardiac cryosections. 4-oxo-retinoic acid and vehicle treated mice 28 days after myocardial infarction.

Abstract

This dataset contains 27 immunohistochemistry (IHC) images from mouse cardiac cryosections stained with anti-CD11b antibody. These images are from the hearts of mice that were treated with 4-oxo-retinoic acid (4-oxo-RA) or vehicle (DMSO) after myocardial infarction (MI) and harvested at 28 days post-MI. Images were acquired at 10x magnification and represent a subset of data used in the analysis published in Rettkowski, Romero-Mulero et al., Nature Cell Biology, 2025.
