Bulk RNAseq of commercially available fermented foods applied to THP-1 cells

Abstract

Bulk RNAseq of commercially available fermented foods applied to THP-1 cells This repository contains the raw data files for gene counts for bulk RNAseq runs of commercially available fermented foods applied to THP-1 cells. This includes expression matrices for gene counts and counts per million (CPM) for each experimental run with Plasmidsaurus' Bulk RNAseq service, and a file combining all of these experimental runs together. The sample map connecting individual samples to fermented food identifiers is described in "RNAseq sample map updated." The only experimental run not included in the combined matrix TSV is for run 44R9FP, which was a run including positive control drugs meant to induce an anti-inflammatory state.
