ProteusMRIgHIFU/BabelBrain: v0.8.2-pre-1

Abstract

This is a pre-release, recommended for testing and training purposes. For production, please use v0.8.1. Major changes New: Improved visual layout of interface. Old UI files were replaced with a programmatic UI layout. This enables proper resizing of the main window and better support for dark mode. New: Anonymous performance data monitoring. Users will be asked only once with this screenshot when running BabelBrain: <img width="603" height="512" alt="image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/e6eda61f-070c-4a32-b1c7-e5bfd84a566b" /> New: Export MI maps in Step 3 along with the pressure, thermal and intensity maps. Fix: Accumulate max temperatures across cycles in concatenated protocols. Fix: Handling air regions when a density map is used as input. Fix: Wrong call in Trimesh library that could occur when using Ernie. Fix: Handle .nii (and not just .nii.gzas extension for T1 input file.
