
Dette politikknotatet presenterer de viktigste politikkrelevante funnene fra kunnskapsproduksjons- og formidlingsaktivitetene i Erasmus+-prosjektet «Equity and Diversity in Teacher Educator Professional Development» (ED-TED / 023-1-DE01-KA220-HED-000152242) på europeisk, nasjonalt og institusjonelt nivå. Funnene kan oppsummeres i form av fem nøkkelanbefalinger for hvordan man kan styrke lærerutdannernes profesjonelle utvikling og forbedre lærerutdanningen med et tydelig fokus på likeverd («equity») og mangfold.
