FRMS pilot-scheduler v1.0.0

Authors: vonKrappitz;

FRMS pilot-scheduler v1.0.0

Abstract

First public release. A proof-of-concept Fatigue Risk Management System (FRMS) that assigns air-rescue pilots to weekly duty slots while tracking three constraints: 90-day type-rating recency, 96-hour cumulative duty load, and rotation position, under a hard fatigue rule and an A–D crew-categorisation scheme. Scope: research prototype, not production software. Includes the scheduling core (generuj_harmonogram + validator), a static web view, a reproducible scalability test (scale_test.py), and 125 passing unit tests.
