The package now requires MQLib_jll 0.1.2 or newer so the published C API shared-library product is available. Environments pinned to older MQLib_jll releases must update their manifest. Preserve the executable fallback path, including default hyperheuristic solves when packaged hyperheuristic model files are unavailable.
