Abstract

Limfa tizimi organizmda suyuqlik muvozanatini saqlash, oqsillar va lipidlarni tashish, immunologik himoyani ta’minlash hamda to‘qimalararo suyuqlikni venoz qon aylanishiga qaytarishda muhim rol o‘ynaydigan murakkab anatomik-fiziologik tizimdir. Uning rivojlanishi evolyutsion taraqqiyot — filogenez va individual embrional rivojlanish — ontogenez jarayonlari bilan chambarchas bog‘liq. Filogenetik nuqtai nazardan limfa tizimi umurtqali hayvonlarda qon aylanish tizimi va immun tizim bilan birgalikda takomillashib borgan. Ontogenezda esa limfa tomirlari embrion davrida venoz endoteliydan ajralib chiqadigan limfangioblastlar va limfa xaltachalari asosida shakllanadi.Mazkur maqolada limfa tizimining evolyutsion shakllanishi, embrional rivojlanish bosqichlari, limfa kapillyarlari, limfa tomirlari, limfa tugunlari, ko‘krak limfa yo‘li va boshqa asosiy tuzilmalar rivojlanishi tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, limfa tizimining tug‘ma va orttirilgan anomaliyalari, jumladan limfedema, limfangioma, limfatik malformatsiyalar, ko‘krak limfa yo‘li anomaliyalari, chylothorax, chylous ascites va limfa tugunlari rivojlanishidagi buzilishlar klinik nuqtai nazardan yoritiladiLimfa tizimini chuqur o‘rganish anatomiya, embriologiya, immunologiya, xirurgiya, onkologiya, pediatriya va radiologiya uchun katta amaliy ahamiyatga ega
