This preprint presents the Yáo Guāng theory, a unified framework for dark matter, dark energy, the four fundamental forces, black holes, quantum entanglement, and consciousness. The theory is built on Three Laws and a Blueprint Gene General Law, demonstrating that all things in the universe are isomorphic in their generation and operation. Empirical validations include seven discrete gravitational layers around Earth (verified by GPS, GLONASS, Galileo), a dark energy fraction Ω_DE ≈ 0.68 (Planck 2018), and black hole coherence from LIGO data. Falsifiable predictions are provided.
