Abstract

Multiplomacy is an international law open justice rule of law (RoL) decorum compassionate listening nonviolent communication conflict resolution methodology for the secure operational development (DevSecOps) of open diplomacy between multiple, individual and institutional, stakeholders through peace chaplaincy open politics. It is being developed through decades of work with fast jurisprudence open policymaking for basic income open humanitarian aid, open economy, open science, open education, civic technologies, open source digital public infrastructure (DPI), heritage safeguard, interfaith education, cultural diplomacy, open ecology, and an open United Nations (UN) world federalism along some of the most respected international diplomatic high commissariats to be compiled as a first diplomatic protocol for the Springer Nature Protocols.io platform while I was studying with Protocolbureau and the René Cassin Foundation for Human Rights and reviewed for the United Nations Education Science Culture Organization (UNESCO) Policy Technologies Lab (POLICYT).
