Abstract

传统船用螺旋桨在含绳索、水草、渔网等杂物的水域中运行时,极易发生缠绕故障,导致推进效率下降甚至完全失效。现有防缠方案(防护罩、滤网、无轴环推)均为被动防护,无法解决已进入推进区域的缠绕物排出问题。本文提出一种开口框驱螺旋桨方案:采用C形开口环框替代传统闭环结构,将动力来源从中心轴转移至环框(框驱),中心轴仅作为叶片支点不负责传动。旋转过程中,进入框内的绳状物在叶片推动与离心力共同作用下沿开口主动排出,实现主动排缠而非被动防缠。框驱方式可根据成本与工况选择磁力耦合、皮带或链条传动,兼顾静音免维护与低成本可靠两种路线。
