
Abstract: This article examines the role and significance of artificial intelligence (AI) in language teaching. Particular attention is given to the opportunities AI provides for teachers in developing countries such as Uzbekistan, including access to current academic resources, professional development, and more effective lesson planning. The paper discusses how AI can assist teachers in designing lesson plans, creating differentiated tasks, simplifying assessment processes, and promoting communicative competence.
