Abstract

Mazkur maqolada bo‘lajak o‘qituvchilarning boshqaruv madaniyatini rivojlantirishda Kayzen texnologiyasining ahamiyati, mazmun-mohiyati hamda pedagogik imkoniyatlari tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, ushbu texnologiyaning talabalarda o‘z-o‘zini boshqarish, rejalashtirish, mas’uliyat va liderlik sifatlarini shakllantirishdagi o‘rni yoritilgan. Tadqiqot natijalariga tayangan holda Kayzen texnologiyasini pedagogik ta’lim jarayoniga joriy etish bo‘yicha tavsiyalar berilgan.
