Aggregated survey dataset on infant and parental sleep from 71,149 parents of children aged 0 to 6 years across 112 countries, collected July 31, 2025 to June 3, 2026 via the Betteroo Sleep Assessment, a structured online questionnaire. Covers baby night waking frequency by age, bedtime distribution, time to fall asleep, nap patterns, settling methods, parental sleep duration and wellbeing scales, and cross-tabulations (phone-use and guilt, co-sleeping outcomes, household support structure, single versus partnered parents, working versus home full-time). 27,278 respondents (38%) provided free-text responses coded for themes (co-sleeping, contact napping, reflux). Respondents are parents actively seeking sleep support, not a random population sample. All data anonymized and aggregated; minimum 30 responses per reported geography (47 countries, 256 regions, 271 cities). Medically reviewed by Meidad Greenberg, M.D., board-certified pediatrician. The survey is ongoing; the report is published monthly with a cumulative sample, and new editions are deposited as new versions of this record.
