Abstract

Ushbu maqolada yurak-qon tomir kasalliklarining biokimyoviy asoslari, ularning rivojlanish mexanizmlari va organizmda sodir bo'ladigan metabolik o'zgarishlar ko'rib chiqilgan. Yurak-qon tomir kasalliklari patogenezida lipid almashinuvi buzilishlari, oksidlovchi stress, yallig'lanish jarayonlari va endotelial disfunksiyaning o'rni yoritilgan. Shuningdek, ateroskleroz, arterial gipertenziya, miokard infarkti va yurak yetishmovchiligining asosiy biokimyoviy markerlari hamda zamonaviy laborator diagnostika usullari tahlil qilingan. Yurak-qon tomir kasalliklarini erta aniqlash, oldini olish va samarali davolashda biokimyoviy tadqiqotlarning ahamiyati ko'rsatib berilgan.
