Abstract

SPPG Audit Ready is a free AI-powered web application designed to help MBG (Makan Bergizi Gratis) kitchen units (SPPG) self-assess their operational readiness before formal audits or unannounced inspections (sidak) by Badan Gizi Nasional (BGN). The tool is built on official BGN regulatory documents (Juknis MBG TA 2026, Kepbadan BGN No. 401.1 Tahun 2025) and covers key audit dimensions including food safety, documentation, halal compliance, supply chain, and reporting systems. Key features:- Multi-persona assessment (dapur aktif, baru mendaftar, pernah suspend)- Dimensional scoring with AI-generated recovery recommendations- WhatsApp lead capture for follow-up mentoring- Fully accessible via mobile browser, no installation required Deployed at: https://sppg-audit-ready.netlify.app Developed as part of doctoral research on AI-Powered Inclusive Scaling Framework for UMKM at Universitas Pasundan Bandung (NPM: 22901002). Supervised by Prof. Dr. H. Azhar Affandi and Dr. H. Undang Juju.
