Abstract

Campylaspis nemoi Mühlenhardt-Siegel, 2000Holotype.Egypt • ♀; 20 km south of Al Quseir, House reef North, Red Sea, 6 m depth; 27 March 1999; Siegel, Volker & Mühlenhardt-Siegel Ute leg.; soft sandy sediment; ZMH -K-039813.Paratype.* • 12 juv. + 3 ♂♂ + 4 ♀♀; same data as holotype; ZMH -K-039814.Remarks.Mühlenhardt-Siegel (2000) declared one paratype lot deposited at the ZMA (ZMA Cu. 204905).Diagnosis.Campylaspis belonging to the sulcata - group (Jones 1974). Maxilliped 2, dactylus with 4 distal spines. Uropod, rami with subequal in length to their terminal spines (after Mühlenhardt-Siegel 2000).Distribution.Red Sea, 6 m depth.
