PHILIA-EcoSensory Swarm Phase SC-7 Pre-registration: AC1 Dose-Response Monotonicity Confirmation and Cross-Pool Heterogeneity Source Identification (n=155 Pooled Substrates)

Abstract

This pre-registration document establishes the confirmatory analysis protocol for PHILIA Phase SC-7, the seventh stage of the SC series systematically characterizing how input substrate temporal morphology shapes the z-coordinate response of the locked v32 apparatus (PHILIA-EcoSensory Swarm, 50-neuron heterogeneous network). SC-7 tests two mechanistic hypotheses derived from SC-5 exploratory findings (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.20550577) and SC-6 confirmatory results (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.20553406), using the identical locked v32 self-raw × 3-channel normalization apparatus with zero additional simulations. H-SC7-Primary: The AC1 dose-response monotonicity pattern — ρ(MSE,z) increases monotonically as the AC1 threshold θ decreases — holds across the full n=155 pooled dataset in a confirmatory framework. Verdict uses a co-verdict structure with escape clause: CONFIRMED if 7/7 adjacent pairs satisfied in both n=155 pooled (Criterion A) and Part 2 n=90 alone (Criterion B); or if 6/7 in either with Jonckheere-Terpstra (p<0.025) AND Spearman ρ≤−0.90 (p<0.025) both satisfied. H-SC7-Secondary: The cross-pool heterogeneity (Cochran's Q=28.22, p<10⁻⁶, SC-6) is attributable to AC1 distributional differences across sub-pools. Three-tier verdict within AC1<0.95 strata: HOMOGENEOUS (Q reduction ≥50% AND Q p≥0.05); PARTIAL (reduction ≥50% but p<0.05, mechanical n-reduction artifact possible); HETEROGENEOUS (reduction <50%). SC-7 is positioned as an "AC1 modulation sufficiency test": testing whether AC1 modulation is not merely present (SC-6 CONFIRMED × 2), but sufficient to explain the full dose-response trajectory and cross-pool heterogeneity. Bonferroni correction: α_family=0.05, k=2, α_per_test=0.025.Data: SC-4/SC-5/SC-6 locked raw (zero additional simulations).5-AI adversarial design consultation: Seonbi (Claude Sonnet) / Seogsaeng (Gemini) / Pandora (ChatGPT) / Lucas (Grok) / Chris (Claude Opus, Gate-0 v10 Cycle 3, UNCONDITIONAL ACCEPT).
