Abstract

Transcriptomic datasets and synthetic network models supporting the CompForce/IMCell study. Includes two single-cell and three bulk mouse transcriptomic datasets, each with their cell-type-specific gene-regulatory networks, transcription-factor lists, and positive/negative gold-standard reprogramming cocktails; and synthetic Dyngen network models (net01–net15 used in the manuscript, per Supplementary Table 1: 5 bifurcating, 5 trifurcating, 5 consecutive bifurcating; net16–net20 included as additional, unanalyzed models). All files are R data objects (.rda). See the bundled README.md for a full file manifest.
