Abstract

"This document discloses a new and independent invention: the HYDRA-1001. While the system utilizes the foundational Radial-V geometry established in the HYDRA-1000 (Priority: May 16, 2026 https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.20535957 ), the HYDRA-1001 represents a fundamental shift in operational physics—transitioning from a passive photocatalytic system to an active Photo-Electrochemical (PEC) platform. This invention introduces the integration of an octagonal photon distribution core with an active potentiostatic bias control system, creating a novel synergistic framework for the selective reduction of CO2 into liquid fuels. This disclosure establishes global priority for the PEC-specific mechanical, electrical, and optical logic of the HYDRA-1001."
