This article provides a scientific and theoretical analysis of the essence of national speech etiquette, its formation factors and stages. The study examines the historical, social, cultural and psychological roots of national speech etiquette. The specific features of Uzbek national speech etiquette, its similarities and differences with the etiquette of other peoples are highlighted. Recommendations are developed regarding the preservation and development of national speech etiquette in modern society.
