V2V Global Partnership “Working Paper Series” aims to facilitate the exchange of ideas, mobilizeknowledge and generate broad-based discussions on vulnerability-viability themes within the context ofsmall-scale fisheries. The Working Paper Series will provide a collaborative and interactive platform foracademics, practitioners, representatives of civil society, and individuals interested in making writtencontributions to the theoretical, methodological, practical, and policy aspects of small-scale fisheries, bothlocally and globally.
