Abstract

Version 1.0 Initial release of data, fitted Bayesian models, and analysis scripts accompanying the manuscript: "Trait-mediated responses of bats to forest fragmentation" This repository contains: Processed datasets used in the analyses. Fitted Bayesian model objects (.rds files). Quarto documents used to reproduce manuscript figures. Supporting scripts for species richness, abundance, activity, and species-level analyses. Analyses include fragment–continuous forest comparisons, fragment–fragment comparisons, and combined models incorporating comparison type as a fixed effect. This release was archived to ensure reproducibility and transparency of all analyses presented in the manuscript.
