TASHQI MUHIT OMILLARINING MIKROORGANIZMLARGA TA'SIRI

Abstract

Ushbu maqolada tashqi muhit omillarining mikroorganizmlarga ko‘rsatadigan ta’siri mikrobiologik nuqtai nazardan tahlil qilindi. Mikroorganizmlarning yashashi, ko‘payishi va biologik faolligi harorat, namlik, pH muhiti, ultrabinafsha nurlanish, osmotik bosim hamda kimyoviy moddalar kabi tashqi omillarga bevosita bog‘liq ekanligi o‘rganildi. Tadqiqot davomida turli ilmiy adabiyotlar va fundamental mikrobiologiya manbalari asosida mikroorganizmlarning moslashuv mexanizmlari hamda noqulay tashqi sharoitlarga chidamlilik darajasi baholandi. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatdiki, tashqi muhit omillarining o‘zgarishi mikroorganizmlarning morfologik, fiziologik va genetik xususiyatlariga sezilarli ta’sir ko‘rsatadi. Mazkur tadqiqot mikroorganizmlarning ekologik moslashuvi, sterilizatsiya va dezinfeksiya jarayonlarini chuqurroq tushunishda muhim ilmiy ahamiyat kasb etadi
