Abstract

Ushbu maqolada og‘iz bo‘shligi xavfli o‘smalarini erta bosqichlarda aniqlashning zamonaviy usullari va skrining dasturlarining klinik samaradorligi va ushbu tahlillar inson hayotini saqlab qolishdagi o`rni yoritilgan. Bugungi kunda ushbu kasalliklarning kech aniqlanishi asosiy muammolardan biri bo`lib kelmoqda. Maqolada oddiy vizual ko‘rikdan tashqari, lyuminessent vizualizatsiya, sitologik usullar va biomarkerlar tahlili kabi diagnostika vositalarining o‘rni yoritilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko`rsatadiki, profilaktik ko`riklar orqali kasallikni 80-90% holatlarda erta aniqlash va to`g`ri davolash choralarini ko`rish mumkin. Maqolaning maqsadi - og‘iz bo‘shligi saratoni bilan bog‘liq o‘lim ko‘rsatkichini kamaytirishda profilaktik ko‘riklarning ahamiyatini ilmiy asoslab berishdan iborat. Maqola so`ngida stomatologlar va aholi uchun kasallikni erta aniqlash bo`yicha foydali tavsiyalar berilgan.
