Extraction and scoring dataset for: Natural Quorum Sensing Inhibitors and Anti-Biofilm Agents Against ESKAPE Pathogens — A Systematic Review of Preclinical Translational Evidence

Abstract

This dataset contains the structured extraction and scoring workbook supporting the systematic review "Natural Quorum Sensing Inhibitors and Anti-Biofilm Agents Against ESKAPE Pathogens: A Systematic Review of Preclinical Translational Evidence." The workbook (Extraction_Dataset.xlsx) comprises a compound master table and dedicated sheets for the pharmacological-rigor profile, synergistic combinations, pharmacokinetics, selectivity indices, quorum-quenching enzymes, PAINS status, physicochemical/drug-likeness properties, route-of-delivery feasibility, and a full data dictionary. Variables include chemical class, natural source, target ESKAPE pathogen(s), mechanism, MBIC/MBEC, quorum-sensing IC50, selectivity index, PAINS flag, and Translational Evidence Hierarchy (TEH) level. The complete 214-study screening and adjudication log is provided in the article's Online Resources S8 and S9. Values are compiled from the primary studies cited in the review; units are reported as in the primary sources and defined in the data dictionary. The TEH is a review-specific organizational aid and not a validated evidence-grading system.
