Abstract

Mazkur maqolada bugungi zamonaviy dunyoda pedagog imijining mazmuni, tarkibiy qismlari va ta’lim-tarbiya jarayonidagi ahamiyati ijtimoiy-pedagogik nuqtayi nazardan tahlil qilinadi. Pedagog imiji faqat tashqi ko‘rinish bilan cheklanmasligi, balki kasbiy kompetensiya, axloqiy mas’uliyat, kommunikativ madaniyat, raqamli savodxonlik, innovatsion fikrlash va shaxsiy namuna bilan uyg‘un holda shakllanishi asoslanadi. Maqolada pedagog maqomining huquqiy mustahkamlanishi, xalqaro tajribada o‘qituvchi nufuzi va zamonaviy ta’limda pedagogga qo‘yilayotgan yangi talablar yoritiladi.
