This dataset and reproducible audit document a four-year single-athlete case study linking wearable-derived training and recovery metrics with official endurance running performance. The deposit contains 29 official FIDAL race results from 2023-2026 matched to Garmin Connect running activities, together with derived race-context variables and an HRV/RHR integrity audit. The Garmin export includes 3,166 activities, 2,092 runs, 9,052.8 km of running, 1,403 sleep records, and 256 HRV/RHR health-status days. The main integrity finding is that HRV/RHR coverage is limited by Garmin data availability rather than by parsing, date-window, or join errors: HRV/RHR records begin on 2025-09-18, so only four 28-day pre-race windows overlap the HRV/RHR export. The raw Garmin export is intentionally excluded. This deposit contains derived race-context outputs, the official race-result input table, the per-race HRV/RHR coverage audit, and the rebuild script.
