Abstract

Ushbu maqolada maktabgacha ta’lim tashkilotlari (MTT) tarbiyachilarini o‘z xizmat vazifalariga kirmaydigan majburiy mehnatga jalb etish hamda turli noqonuniy badallardan himoya qilishning bugungi kundagi dolzarb masalalari tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, maqolada pedagoglar mehnatini muhofaza qilish bo‘yicha Finlyandiya va Janubiy Koreya kabi rivojlangan davlatlarning ilg‘or xalqaro tajribasi o‘rganilgan. Muallif tomonidan tarbiyachilarning huquqiy himoyasini kuchaytirish, ta’lim sifatini oshirish va pedagogik faoliyat uchun sog‘lom muhit yaratish bo‘yicha amaliy tavsiyalar ilgari surilgan.
