Abstract

HemaHypNet Reproducible package for “Hyperbolic neural networks for biologically informed classification of white blood cells and hematopoietic cell states in peripheral blood smears” This record contains the archived reproducible package associated with the manuscript “Hyperbolic neural networks for biologically informed classification of white blood cells and hematopoietic cell states in peripheral blood smears”. The package provides source code, configuration files, preprocessing utilities, acquisition-aware grouped split generation scripts, model training scripts, evaluation scripts, trained model checkpoints, metrics, confusion matrices, classification reports, and documentation required to reproduce the experiments reported in the manuscript. The curated dataset associated with this software package is available as Version v1 of this Zenodo record under its own license at https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.19126698. Users must also comply with the original licenses and terms of use of the source datasets. The development version of the source code is publicly available on GitHub at: https://github.com/lowoncuties/HemaHypNet. This software is distributed under the MIT License.
