Intellectual Property Spatiotemporal Proof Protocol (IPSTP v1.0)

Abstract

To address the structural conflict between open scientific dissemination and intellectual property (IP) protection, this paper officially releases the Intellectual Property Spatiotemporal Proof Protocol (IPSTP v1.0). This document is an engineering-oriented standard protocol specification, with the core objective of providing a directly implementable, verifiable, and judicially admissible framework for layered disclosure and rights confirmation of scientific achievements. The official master copy of this protocol is exclusively hosted on the GitHub open-source repository, serving as the sole native baseline version.IPSTP is specifically designed for Condition–Conclusion Theoretical Systems (CCTS). The core characteristic of such systems is that given constraint conditions uniquely determine scientific conclusions, and the validity of the achievement does not depend on specific computational paths or engineering implementations. Based on this characteristic, IPSTP establishes an A/B/C three-layer separated disclosure system, spatial hash anchoring, trusted temporal anchoring, and a Verifiable Disclosure Event (VDE) mechanism. This realizes a practical paradigm of "publicly reproducible conclusions, confidentially protected derivations, solidified first-publication chronology, and provable intellectual property."This protocol does not create new legal statutes or rights systems; it merely structurally standardizes the scientific publication behavior to adapt to existing global rules on electronic evidence, trade secrets, and academic priority, forming an admissible chain of evidence. 针对现代科研公开与知识产权保护的结构性冲突,本文正式发布知识产权时空证明协议(IPSTP v1.0)。本文属于工程实操导向的标准化协议论文,核心目的是提供可直接落地、可存证、可司法采信的科研成果分层披露与确权规范。本协议正本首发于 GitHub 开源仓库,为唯一原生基准版本。 IPSTP 精准适配条件–结论型理论系统(CCTS)。该类系统的核心特征为:固定约束条件可唯一确定科学结论,成果有效性不依赖具体计算路径与工程实现。基于该特性,IPSTP 建立 A/B/C 三层分离披露体系、空间哈希锚定、可信时间锚定、可验证披露事件(VDE)机制,实现结论公开可复现、推导实现可保密、首发时序可固化、知识产权可举证的实操范式。 本协议不创设新的法律条文与权利体系,仅对科研发布行为进行结构化标准化,使其能够适配全球各国现有电子证据、商业秘密、学术优先权规则,形成可采信的证据链条。
