Abstract

Ushbu maqolada orttirilgan immun tanqisligi sindromi (OITS) va uning qo'zg'atuvchisi bo'lgan inson immun tanqisligi virusi (OIV)ning immun tizimiga ta'siri yoritiladi. OIVning organizmga kirishi, asosan CD4⁺ T-limfotsitlarni zararlashi hamda immunitet hujayralarining funksional faoliyatini izdan chiqarish mexanizmlari tahlil qilinadi. Virusning ko'payishi natijasida immun tizimining zaiflashuvi, opportunistik infeksiyalar va ikkilamchi kasalliklarning rivojlanishi haqida ma'lumot beriladi. Shuningdek, OITS rivojlanish bosqichlari, immun yetishmovchilikning klinik oqibatlari hamda kasallikning oldini olish va nazorat qilishning ahamiyati ko'rib chiqiladi. Mazkur maqola OIV/OITSning mikrobiologik va immunologik xususiyatlarini ilmiy manbalar asosida tushuntirishga qaratilgan.
