Immunofluorescence Raw Data for "Pharmacologic blockade of prostaglandin transporter protects renal proximal tubular cells in an in vitro model of sepsis"

Abstract

This dataset contains all raw, unedited immunofluorescence microscopy images used in the manuscript. Images are provided exactly as acquired from the microscope, without cropping, adjustments, or post‑processing. The dataset includes all experimental conditions analyzed in the study: Sepsis in vitro model: BrdU, PGE2, cytoskeleton staining, and THP‑1 adhesion assays Plasma samples: BrdU, cytoskeleton staining, and THP‑1 adhesion assays Each folder contains the original fluorescence channels (e.g., DAPI, FITC, TRITC). These files correspond to the complete set of fields of view used for quantification and figure preparation. The dataset ensures full transparency and reproducibility of the image‑based analyses presented in the manuscript.
