Abstract

This article studies the scientific theories and pedagogical conditions for the formation of speech culture in primary school students. The methodology for developing oral and written speech of students based on modern educational requirements is analyzed. During the study, the effectiveness of interactive methods and digital technologies in developing speech was proven through experimental work. The article also analyzes the definition of the concept of speech, the history of its emergence, and the views of Eastern scholars on the need to develop speech.
