
CGenome: The Cosmic Genome — Toward a Universal Taxonomy of the Universe CGenome (Cosmic Genome Framework) is a conceptual and interdisciplinary framework that proposes a universal taxonomy for describing and classifying structures, processes, and evolutionary patterns across physical reality. Inspired by the role of biological genomes in organizing living systems, CGenome introduces the concept of a “cosmic genome” as an abstract informational architecture underlying recurring patterns observed throughout nature. The framework explores how hierarchical organization, symmetry breaking, information encoding, emergence, self-organization, and evolutionary adaptation may be represented within a unified descriptive structure spanning multiple scales, from fundamental physical systems to cosmic structures.
