LEGAL PSYCHOLOGY IN THE DIGITAL AGE: INNOVATIVE METHODS OF PSYCHODIAGNOSTICS AND PREVENTION OF INDIVIDUAL CRIMINOGENIC BEHAVIOR

Abstract

In the digital age, the rapid development of information and communication technologies is significantly influencing individual psychology and social behavior. This places the task of identifying criminogenic factors, researching the psychological mechanisms of offenses, and developing modern methods of prevention before legal psychology. This study analyzes the theoretical and practical significance of innovative psychodiagnostic technologies in the early diagnosis and prevention of a person's criminogenic behavior in a digital environment. In particular, the possibilities of artificial intelligence algorithms, big data analysis, digital footprint, machine learning, and online psychological assessment tools in forecasting criminal risk are highlighted. The research results demonstrate the important role of digital psychodiagnostics in improving the crime prevention system, identifying risk groups, and increasing the effectiveness of legal and psychological expertise. It is also substantiated that these approaches serve to ensure public safety, strengthen the social adaptation of the individual, and enhance legal awareness and culture.
