Abstract

Mazkur maqolada ta’lim jarayonida samarali muloqotni tashkil etishning pedagogik shart-sharoitlari tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotning maqsadi ta’lim ishtirokchilari o‘rtasidagi samarali muloqotni ta’minlovchi pedagogik omillarni aniqlash va ularning ta’lim sifatiga ta’sirini yoritishdan iborat. Tadqiqot jarayonida pedagogik tahlil, qiyosiy tahlil, ilmiy manbalarni o‘rganish hamda umumlashtirish metodlaridan foydalanildi. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatdiki, o‘qituvchining kommunikativ kompetentligi, ta’lim muhitining qulayligi, o‘quvchilarning faolligi, hamkorlikka asoslangan pedagogik yondashuvlar hamda zamonaviy axborot-kommunikatsiya texnologiyalaridan foydalanish samarali muloqotni ta’minlovchi muhim omillar hisoblanadi. Tadqiqot yakunida ta’lim jarayonida samarali muloqotni rivojlantirishga xizmat qiluvchi pedagogik tavsiyalar ishlab chiqildi hamda ularning amaliy ahamiyati asoslandi.
