Abstract

Abstract: The didactic compendium for the subject Action Research in the Classroom was designed to develop conceptual, methodological, analytical, ethical, and reflective competencies in teacher training through progressively organized Didactic Learning Activities (DLs). An interpretive review of the dashboard and the evidence corresponding to DLs 1 through 10 was conducted, considering objectives, educational problems, products developed, skills acquired, and areas for improvement. The process enabled progression from the theoretical understanding of action research to the construction of an evidence portfolio that integrated logs, matrices, diagrams, essays, videos, and reflective products. Skills such as critical observation, qualitative analysis, academic communication, lesson planning, pedagogical leadership, collaborative work, professional autonomy, and self-care were strengthened. Although solid formative progression is observed, challenges remain in the inclusion and development of communities of practice. Keywords: action research; teacher training; qualitative analysis; evidence portfolio; pedagogical reflexivity.
