智商、智力与学业成绩:一种基于脑科学的澄清

Abstract

“学业成绩好等于智商高”这一认知等式在当代社会中被广泛接受,几乎成为不言自明的真理,然而,现代脑科学和认知心理学的研究正在系统性地挑战这一等式。本文从大脑多 脑区协同工作机制出发,论证逻辑推理能力并非孤立脑区的功能,而是多脑区协同网络的产 物。在此基础上,本文区分了两个关键概念:特定领域的认知处理特性与通用逻辑推理能力。前者包括数感、社会性知觉、身体-动觉协调性等,是大脑在特定领域高效运作的基础;后者则是跨领域进行逻辑分析、判断和决策的核心能力。真正的智力,是通用逻辑推理能力在人际、实践、数理等多个领域中的综合体现。本文进一步从概念、逻辑、历史和临床四个维 度论证:智商测试本质上是一个为筛查智力缺陷而设计的临床工具,而非衡量认知卓越的普适标尺。
