This dataset contains anonymized data collected from in-service and preservice teachers in Spain and Colombia. The data were gathered as part of a research study aimed at validating the Ohio State Teacher Efficacy Scale (OSTES) and examining its associations with emotional intelligence indicators measured through the Trait Meta-Mood Scale-24 (TMMS-24) and the Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i). The dataset includes responses to the OSTES, TMMS-24, and EQ-i, as well as selected sociodemographic, academic, and professional variables. All data have been anonymized prior to publication to ensure participants’ confidentiality and facilitate responsible data sharing.
