This record contains the reproducibility package for the manuscript “Human Genetic, Proteomic and Cellular-Context Evidence for Divergent Vascular Pathobiology Across Aneurysm and Dissection Phenotypes”. The package includes curated analysis scripts, processed summary outputs, source-data manifests, reconstructed IL1RN regional HyPrColoc code, harmonisation checks, candidate-variant audit tables and manuscript-locked summary outputs. Raw GWAS, raw pQTL and individual-level participant data are not included.
