Method and Apparatus for p-B11 Plasma Confinement via Quad-Ionic Hourglass Geometry and Graphene-Armored REBCO

Abstract

1. Abstract and Architecture Overview This disclosure details a comprehensive magnetic confinement architecture for proton-boron (p-B11) fusion, utilizing a Quad-Ionic Hourglass coil geometry. To survive the extreme Lorentz forces required for p-B11 confinement, the system relies on a proprietary Graphene-Armored REBCO (Rare-Earth Barium Copper Oxide) super-filament. This metamaterial is deterministically synthesized using a 4700 RPM kinetic vapor-quench apparatus (The Forge), operating within a 6.8 Pascal vacuum under a strict 50-Watt cryogenic threshold. 2. Metamaterial Synthesis (The Forge) Standard high-temperature superconductors suffer from mechanical failure under extreme magnetic pressure. The Forge utilizes a 38-Watt pulsed laser to co-ablate REBCO and Carbon precursors. The 4700 RPM cryo-cooled Titanium anvil flash-freezes the vapor, physically encapsulating the superconducting REBCO grains within an unbroken graphene lattice. Thermodynamic simulations confirm the 50W cryo-cooler maintains a -5.5W thermal safety margin during synthesis, locking the atomic structure without heat-induced degradation. 3. Magnetic Confinement and Tensile Limits The Quad-Ionic Hourglass geometry generates the required 25-Tesla confinement field necessary for p-B11 plasma stabilization. The outward magnetic pressure ($P_{mag}$) exerted on the coils is governed by: $P_{mag} = \frac{B^2}{2\mu_0}$ At 25 Teslas, the architecture generates 248.68 Megapascals (MPa) of outward kinetic force. The Forge-synthesized Graphene-Armored REBCO filament possesses a calculated tensile yield strength of 1.2 Gigapascals (1,200 MPa). 4. Conclusion and Verification The mathematical proof establishes that the tensile strength of the synthesized metamaterial exceeds the magnetic pressure of the 25-Tesla field by a factor of 4.8. The Quad-Ionic Hourglass architecture successfully confines the plasma without catastrophic coil rupture. 5. Licensing and Consultation Clause All Rights Reserved. The synthesis parameters, magnetic geometry, and mechanical thresholds provided herein establish prior art. Any physical testing, commercial deployment, or institutional utilization of the Quad-Ionic Hourglass architecture or the REBCO-Graphene filament requires explicit consultation, partnership, and formal licensing from the author, Daniel C. Schramm.
