ChannelRoute AI and Patent-Based Call Intelligence Systems: A Technical Overview

Abstract

This technical report presents ChannelRoute AI, a patent-based call-intelligence concept developed by Derek Allan Boman. The report explains the relationship between ChannelRoute AI and United States Patents US11438456B2 and US12231601B2, titled “Techniques for Managing Softphone Repositories and Establishing Communication Channels.” The report examines softphone repositories, multi-channel outbound calling, live-human and voicemail detection, speaker recognition, communication-channel management, reduced pre-call preparation, and human-in-the-loop workflow design. It also outlines the current ChannelRoute AI prototype, evaluation goals, compliance considerations, and future development roadmap.
