Natural Hazards and Earth System Sciences. https://doi.org/10.5194/egusphere-2026-2168 The repository contains preprocessing, model training, threshold design, and validation scripts for an end-to-end flood early warning system for the White Volta Basin, Ghana. Includes LOYO cross-validation with bootstrap uncertainty estimation, GloFAS v4 benchmark comparison, Bagre reservoir trigger skill analysis, and Sentinel-1 SAR inundation validation. All derived data outputs are included to support result reproduction without rerunning computationally intensive steps.
