An update to the pipeline that includes: Integration of the NFLIS database of substances and regex classification thanks to @fabriceyhc Additional regex rules for detecting general drug use terms that were previously not detected e.g. "DRUG USE", "DRUG INTAKE". Updated readme instructions outlining how to use the new pipeline
