A minimal-but-physical reduced-order model of aluminum–air cell performance under arbitrary duty cycles. The framework reduces the complex film-formation chemistry to: an EIS/DC-derived reference-state film resistance R_base(j, T), and a bounded dynamic film-state coordinate θ(t) ∈ [0, 1] with growth and rupture kinetics calibrated against open-circuit-potential EIS evolution data. The repository contains the production Python implementation, the curated experimental dataset used for calibration, the four mission archetypes analyzed in the manuscript, and the figure-generation scripts that reproduce every numbered figure in the manuscript and SI.
