Life on Earth is sustained by complex interactions between organisms and their environment. These biotic interactions can be captured in datasets and published digitally. We present a review and archiving process for such an openly accessible digital interactions dataset of known origin and discuss its outcome. The dataset under review, named globalbioticinteractions/lee2021, has fingerprint hash://md5/59c2d0ccea85ee3a9b42e26a1797a9a1, is 255KiB in size and contains 757 interactions with 3 unique types of associations (e.g., hasVector) between 82 primary taxa (e.g., NIL) and 177 associated taxa (e.g., Ornithomya fringillina*). This report includes detailed summaries of interaction data, a taxonomic review from multiple catalogs, and an archived version of the dataset from which the reviews are derived.
