
Foundational frameworks in physics are often misread when their conceptual intent is notmade explicit. The Theory of Imbalance of Energy (TIE) is a framework developed to providea physical interpretation of interaction, stability, and predictability in classical gravitationalsystems. In subsequent papers, this framework is applied to concrete problems, including theclassical three-body problem, where it offers a physical explanation for the emergence of chaosand the absence of closed-form solutions.The purpose of the present paper is not to introduce new equations or derive results, but toclarify how the framework is intended to be read, what assumptions it does and does not make,and how its core concepts relate to established physical theories. This conceptual orientation isintended to reduce misinterpretation, avoid category errors, and prevent premature metaphysicalreadings. The paper is self-contained and may be read independently, serving as an interpretiveguide for the formal developments that follow
