Abstract

Ushbu maqolada tarbiya jarayonida XXI asr kompetensiyalarini shakllantirishning ahamiyati tahlil qilinadi. XXI asrda inson kapitalini rivojlantirishda eng muhim kompetensiyalardan biri sifatida ijodiy va tanqidiy fikrlash qobiliyatining yuqori darajada shakllanganligi e’tirof etiladi. Mazkur kompetensiyalar zamonaviy insonning innovatsion fikrlashi, muammolarni tizimli tahlil qila olishi, asoslangan xulosalar chiqarishi hamda mustaqil qaror qabul qilish salohiyatini namoyon etadi. Pedagogik nazariya va amaliyotda ijodiy hamda tanqidiy fikrlash ko‘nikmalarini rivojlantirish masalasi uzoq yillardan buyon dolzarb mavzulardan biri bo‘lib kelayotgan bo‘lsa-da, XXI asr sharoitida ushbu muammo yangi pedagogik va psixologik yondashuvlar asosida qayta talqin etilmoqda.
