Abstract

This study analyzes the issues of improving the labor organization system based on the integration of artificial intelligence and digital technologies. In the context of global digital transformation, opportunities for increasing labor productivity, automating management processes, and effectively utilizing human capital will be studied. The economic efficiency and prospects for the practical implementation of these approaches in the conditions of Uzbekistan are substantiated.
